the receptionists were helpful. they were forthcoming with information. the location is convenient for visiting eu institutions. the room was nice and clean. breakfast had many options, including very good coffee.
i found three unacceptable things. first, i had lunch at the restaurant and ordered a fish dish. the fish was spoiled and had a strong, rotten smell. the waitress insisted it was fresh and did not apologize. i expected more.

The breakfast selection was fantastic. I appreciated the large variety of options available.
The payment system was a nightmare. The hotel placed two separate holds on my card and the money was not returned until a week later, even after multiple contacts with the hotel and my bank it was difficult.
